HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping; 1-3 days if your order is placed Friday-Sunday or during a public holiday. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a small growing business - a team of humans. We typically process all orders within 3 days.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in the Triad (Greensboro/Winston Salem) or Triangle (Raleigh/Durham), you'll receive your order 2-4 days after we have processed it.

The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery for all other locations. Orders valued over $20 are shipped using USPS Priority mail and typically arrive a little sooner 1-4 days after processing.

International shipping is longer and can be estimated based on final destination.

Custom Shea Butter Soap loaf orders are crafted within 5 days of receipt of the custom order an are shipped after 15-20 days of curing (soaps need to cure at leas 3 weeks before use). In all, from placing an order to using the custom order, allow for 4 weeks.

 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

Yes! We offer local pick-up on Saturdays at the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market.

Where?501 Yanceyville Street, Greensboro North Carolina 27405, US 

ALL ORDERS NEED TO BE PURCHASED BY THURSDAY 2PM for pickup on Saturday's of the same week.

Orders purchased after 2pm will be available for local pickup the following Saturday.

Available: Saturday's 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DOESN'T ARRIVE?

We strive to provide exceptional customer service and will work with you alongside the mail carrier to determine if the package was delivered.

If the error was due to an error in Nailah's Shea service (using wrong address or name), we will replace the items at no charge.

However, if the error is due to incomplete or errant address information by the customer, we advise that you work with the carrier to see if the package can be rerouted. If the package is unrecoverable, Nailah's Shea will be happy to ship replacements at cost and when possible with coupons or discounts.

 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use USPS for all domestic orders.

International orders can be fulfilled using USPS, UPS and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We use flat rates for all domestic shipping. All orders $50 or more are FREE!

All orders $19 and under ship for $5 using USPS first class mail.

Orders between $19.01 - 49.99 ship for $8 using USPS Priority Mail.

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, in a limited geographic area. We ship to all United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Rates to Europe and parts of the Caribbean vary by country. Please contact us to discuss whether the volume you are interested in is cost effective for you.

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
